So I was a bit worried about having people in and out trying to fix my fridge, which had completely stopped working! These guys were awesome! I had a guy named Matt come out give a me a full educated list of the issue quickly and insanely accurate. He gave me instructions to try to defrost and said if it was an accidental issue it would fix and not happen again, if it is the fridge failing it would happen again in 3-6 weeks.... unfortunately it did happen right at that time and because of how great he was when I spoke to the next repair guy... also named Matt... he was awesome and walked me through everything and had a quote for me within minutes!!I will always use this company now that I’m a homeowner!! Easiest guys to deal with!!

First time I called was back in 2017 for my dryer. A visit was set up, dryer checked and cleaned out, one part needed to be replaced. Since that repair it hasn’t stopped working. I felt I could call on them again when my washer recently stopped working for me. He checked all the settings were working properly before leaving, and came fully prepared with mask and gloves. Great response time🙂

My electric stove sparked and popped a circuit breaker. I wanted to have it checked out for safety reasons. Several years ago I had Peachtree Appliance Repair fix a refrigerator and since I had a good experience then, I called them for this repair as well. I was very pleased. The technician showed up on time, explained to me how the stovetop cycles and what likely happened. Since there wasn't a problem he waived the service fee that he could have charged me. I'll call them again the next time something craps out!

Matt came out and did an outstanding job fixing my LG oven, which apparently in Gainesville, no one will work on them. From the beginning, he made me feel at ease and told me there would be no problem working on my oven. He is friendly, humorous and knows exactly what he is doing. Thank God for Peachtree Appliance Repair! Thanksgiving dinner might have been a bust otherwise without them. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Matt saved the day and rescued me from another repair company. So honest and very knowledgeable. He was like an appliance doctor asking questions to determine a solution. Peachtree Appliance Repair is the only place we call when we have an appliance issue, which is pretty often lately! Our appliances are old enough that they have needed some TLC! Matt does his very best to get to our house as soon as he can - Same day a lot of times. He is honest and fair. Never overcharges and we totally trust his work and his opinion!

On Thursday morning I noticed that my refrigerator was not working right. Since it was now out of warranty, I called a local (Jefferson, GA area) appliance repair shop and left a voice message to have someone come to look at my broken refrigerator. No one had returned my call by Friday noon, so I called another local appliance shop and left a voice message. After multiple phone calls to both repair shops with no return calls, Monday afternoon I decided to call Peachtree Appliance Repair.To my surprise, when I called Peachtree Appliance Repair, someone actually answered the phone. After explaining what my refrigerator was doing, the person on the phone said that they could send out someone on Tuesday morning between 10:00a and noon. I was informed that the technician would give me a call when he was about 20 minutes from my house. About 9:40 on Tuesday, I received a call from the technician. He arrived at 10:05.The technician, Matt, listened to the long history of issues and warranty repairs that I've had done on my refrigerator (GE model GFE28 model installed Dec. 2014), and proceeded to look at the immediate issue that was causing the refrigerator to act up. After determining the problem, Matt came up with several 'plans of action' to 'fix' the problem. (This will be the third time the circulating fan needed to be replaced in less than five years. Since this is not normal, there must be other issues that are causing the fan motors to burn out. The other options addressed the components that may affect the fan motor.) After explaining the different repair options and their costs, and listening to my concerns, Matt and I agreed on how to proceed. Matt said that we would order a new circulating fan, and call me later that day to set up a time to replace the fan. I got a call, as promised, and the return appointment was for Wednesday between 4:00p and 6:00p.About 5:35p on Wednesday, I got the call from Matt that he was on his way to my house. He did arrive before 6:00 and started working on my refrigerator. While Matt was in the process of replacing the fan, he noticed a couple of other things that needed to be addressed and took care of them. Matt made the repair, and stayed a little while to make sure that the refrigerator was working.Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience with Peachtree Appliance Repair, and with Matt. He was professional (and knowledgeable), but was personable at the same time. He understood my concerns and came up with an option that I was comfortable with. I will definitely call Peachtree Appliance Repair to fix any appliance issues that I may have in the future.Bobby GNovember 20, 2019

We had peachtree come out on short notice and repair our ice maker. He ordered the part and had it come in the next day. It was a lot cheaper than I was expecting! I will be using peachtree again in the future.

My oven broke the week before Thanksgiving, they came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and repaired it the Friday before Thanksgiving.I am most impressed with how I was respected. They value my time; my appointment time was a two hour window, not 4 or 8. I got a call when the technician was 30 minutes away. Also, when the job was done, my kitchen was the way it was. There was no mess for me to clean up. The technician, Matt, even folded the towels he had borrowed for the oven doors.Very pleased, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
